Synopsis

With Mulder still missing a year on‚ Skinner and Scully are surprised to discover that he's wanted for a murder that he didn't commit. Skinner acts as Mulder's defence and colleagues queue to give testimony on his behalf to a tribunal that doesn't care about the truth. When Mulder has the chance to leave he heads for Mexico and an Indian called The Keeper Of The Truth.
